Cafe Church meet at 5:30pm in the Singleton Church hall every Sunday. It is a relaxed and informal worship service. We use a video program called Project Reconnect which is produced by our Hunter Presbytery.
We follow the lectionary, each week a Uniting Church minister presents a short sermon, then poses four propositions for discussion. These are aimed at helping us understand how the scriptures apply to our lives in the modern world. This allows us to sit around the table with a cuppa, to question and learn together. We value open discussion where every opinion is respected.
We welcome anyone who is seeking hope and guidance through an understandable Christian faith.
